Linkapalooza: Another Cookie Recipe

While traveling over the holidays, I'll be writing short posts to share links I like.

This recipe for sandwich cookies, which I took from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, was time-consuming, but it produced delicious cookies. They would be especially good if you were hosting an afternoon tea and wanted rich, elegant cookies. I used red decorating sugar for the top and raspberry jam for the middle.
