No More Scrabulous

I can't believe Facebook has shut down Scrabulous--especially since I was just on the verge of beating Tom for the first time ever! (For the record, I scored a bingo on my very first turn with "nuclear.")

Well, okay, I guess I can believe it. I agree with the New York Times: "It is a bit of a surprise that Scrabulous, an obvious copy of the board game Scrabble, managed to avoid shutdown as long as it did." The longer the game stayed up, though, the more I was convinced that maybe Hasbro was just going to let it slide. At least it helped me get through the first trimester of pregnancy, when one of the few things I felt up to was sliding letters around on a screen....

I believe it, too, but I'm still miffed it took the three games I was playing!

You are just on a blogging role this past week or so - yay!
